The Disaster Management team of Arun Priyanka Health Foundation Trust (APHFT) has been operational since 2015. It consists of 12 trained resource persons, over 120 active volunteers, and more than 100 associated members.
Our focus areas include training, rescue operations, and rehabilitation. The team conducts specialized training sessions on various rescue techniques including fire safety, water and building rescue, CPR, swimming, rappelling, and more.
Over 180 training sessions conducted across Kerala for NSS, NCC, SPC, SHGs, NGC, and others.
Critical involvement in floods, landslides, and virus outbreaks including Nipah and COVID-19.
120+ trained volunteers actively supporting emergencies, training, and relief activities.
Community Based Rescue, Water Rescue, Building Rescue, Fire & Rescue, Fire Fighting, CPR Training, Life Saver Training, Man Hall Technique, River Crossing, Rock Climbing, Environment Study, Rappelling, and Trucking.
